CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure availability for all clients and to respect our therapists’ time, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. * Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No exceptions. * As a courtesy, the cancellation fee will be waived if you have contacted us and are not a no call no show and also reschedule your appointment * Clients who fail to show up without contacting us will be charged the full appointment price, regardless of future rescheduling. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
